About Us
Our Story
Lozpic Construction Corp was founded by Marvin Lopez, who has spent over 15 years building a reputation for precision, durability, and honest work across South Florida. What started as hands-on craftsmanship has grown into a company trusted for balcony railings, steel stair systems, screen enclosures, drywall, renovations, and fencing — on projects ranging from single-family homes to large multifamily communities.
Today, Marvin runs the company alongside his son, who has worked in the field since age 17 and now serves as Vice President. Together they oversee every project personally, from first walkthrough to final inspection, backed by a full crew capable of handling jobs of any size.
